This Dance Routine Set to “Dance Monkey” by Tones and I Is Such a Fun Cardio Workout


My typical workout usually involves some form of song and dance, and this choreography routine set to Tones and I’s “Dance Monkey” just made it into my regular routine. The video, created by YouTuber Mylee Dance, combines basic dance moves with just enough flair and personality to encourage anyone following along to the routine to make it their own. The first time I heard this song, my shoulders started to shimmy a little, and this routine is all about those shoulder moves and hip shakes — so fun! With a little practice, the routine quickly becomes a fun cardio workout to squeeze into your day whenever you have a few minutes to spare.
