Recipes in this video:

Creamy Berry Smoothie:
– 3-4 cups of frozen mixed berries
– 1/4 cup hemp seeds
– 1/3 cup of vegan protein powder
– 1 Tablespoon of raw or roasted tahini
– 2-3 medjool dates
– 1/4 tsp cinnamon
– 2 tsp ground flax
– 1 large stalk of celery
– Water or coconut water to blend

Black Rice Salad:
– 1-2 Cups cooked black (or wholegrain rice)
– as many colourful veggies as possible 😉
– 1 mango
– 1 medium or half a large avocado
– 1 cup of cooked chickpeas (or any other bean or lentil – canned is fine!)
– Fresh lemon juice
– Salsa for the dressing (trust me it works really well – & it’s fine from a jar – no one is perfect!)

Butternut Squash Salad:
– Half a large butternut squash cut into strips or chunks (or pumpkin, sweet potatoes, white potatoes any starchy root veggie etc)
– 2-3 heads of romaine (or any raw greens of choice)
– I head of steamed broccoli
– Handful of steamed broccolini
– 1/4 cup of pumpkin seeds (or any other crushed nuts or seeds)
– 2-3 Tablespoons of good runny tahini (or more!)
– * I cooked the butternut in a little olive oil (this is optional) and also balsamic vinegar – you can just use balsamic if you choose not to consume oil!
