Day 5 of the summer challenge is all about burning fat!
In this routine today, we are doing a jumping weight loss workout, that will involve cardio and switching between toning movements to burn fat. I love this routine as you are able to really push yourself to do as many jumping jacks as you can, and the toning movements are great at building muscle and sculpting your body
To get the best results, be sure to push yourself in each exercise, and eat a healthy diet. You can get my diet plan above for the challenge.
