It’s an intensive workout routine–like a bootcamp, if you will! The routines are simple and easy-to-do but they’re challenging because these are the routines that are sure to make your heart racing and your blood pumping. These will get all your muscles into action so be prepared with a nice warm up before you get started to avoid straining your muscles!
